You can remove our access to your account yourself, and you can ask us to delete any data we hold. Both take a minute, and we finish deletion within 7 days.
What data we may hold
If an account has been connected to our private tool, we may hold the following about it:
- the OAuth access and refresh tokens the platform issued to us;
- basic account details such as the account or channel ID, name and profile image; and
- videos, captions and schedules we loaded for that account.
This website itself does not collect personal data from visitors. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
Step 1: remove our access on the platform
This stops the tool from using the account straight away. You can do it yourself, without contacting us:
- Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions. Select the Prompt and Profit entry and choose “Delete all connections”.
- Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites. Select the app and choose Remove.
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites. Select the app and choose Remove.
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions. Select the app and remove it. Menu names can change.
Once access is removed, we delete the stored tokens and any data we obtained through that account within 7 days.
Step 2: ask us to delete your data
To have us delete everything we hold, email tvhomeemail1234@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Please say which platform (YouTube, Instagram or TikTok) and the account name or channel URL, so we can find the right records.
We will delete the access tokens, account identifiers and related data within 7 days of your request and reply by email to confirm it is done.
What deletion does not cover
Videos that were already published remain on YouTube, Instagram or TikTok. Those posts live on the platform, so remove them there. Data held by Google, Meta or TikTok is governed by their own policies.
